§      Manage various facilities related to the development properties in Macau & the neighboring region, including but not limited to overseeing operational aspects of property services such as estate security & clubhouse management, facilities maintenance, utilities management, facility security, internal space planning & allocation, and control of property services agents.

§      Bachelor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from sizeable multinational firms in the area of facilities management or property services

§      Detail-minded with strong organizational and people management skills

§      Deliver effective & efficient CRM services with good communication skills

      Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is essential)
