Job Scope:
Issue and handle procurement request (PR) and/or payment verification with use of Oracle for project acceptance..
Collect the PR/PO/Acceptance Certificate, etc for invoicing support documents
Generate monthly REVEX and telecom IT expense report, and electricity accrual reports
Produce the quarterly CAPEX report
Consolidate annual CAPEX report from the project team
Prime in CTT license submission and license card information inventory update
Prepare import license for project equipment
Collaborate with finance department for payment (AR/AP) settlement
Assist the project team management site implementation schedule and quality
Work under the technical services dept
Requirements
Higher certificate or above in Business Admin., Management Studies or related discipline;
At least 2-3 years of document management experience, preferably from the telecom industry;
With more than 2 years site construction management experience, familiar with the project management process
Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.;
Knowledge of Macau CTT telecom equipment license operation & of Macau IRS project operation is an advantage
Hard working, responsible, independent with good coordination and communication skills;
Analytical mind, good learning capability, initiative and flexibility;
Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
Fresh university graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
