Job Responsibilities:

Provide sales administrative support to the sales
team including sales order entry, credit note and documentation
·
Maintain good relationship with clients and various
sales teams
·
Coordinate with distribution center for delivery
arrangement
·
Handle phone enquiries from internal and external
parties
·
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting
·
Handle task of inventory control and activities
·
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
·
High Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
Management
·
Min. 1 years working experience in customer
service or order processing or 3rd party logistics provider
·
Self-motivated and good communications,
interpersonal skills
·
Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
·
Good command in both written & spoken English
·
Good knowledge in Excel & familiar with
PivotTable and vlookup function is preferable
