Job purpose
To
be responsible for retail projects from tendering, budget monitoring, site
activities control, fitting out works to successful projects completion.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Planning,
scheduling, design monitoring, and executing of FIT-OUT projects to meet brand
guidelines, local requirements, budget and time constraints.
2. Carry out site inspection and
site coordination to follow up construction progress.
3. Provides
assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project
specifications.
4. Coordinates
projects with all impacted parties, including landlords, contractors, and
government planning / code agencies.
5. Maintains
close working relationship and good communications with the user group for each
project.
6. Complies with procurement
policies and guidelines.
7. Receives files, drawings and
specifications for all projects for technical library -> Manage proper
documentation of files, drawings and specifications for technical library
database
8. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering, Architecture or
a related field
5
years of work related experience in project management, fitting out work and
site supervision
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics
1. Working
on project coordination and on site supervision independently
2. Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max/Sketchup, Photoshop, AI, MS office and
drawing software
3. Ability
to multitask and prioritize
4. Excellent
organizational, coordination, communication and Leadership skills
5. Computer
literacy and ability to read and understand architectural & engineering
plans and specifications
6. Good analytical capability and problem solving skills
7. Proficiency with office automation tools and facilities management
systems
8. Independent,
responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, willing to learn and work in
team
9. Experience of project management in Casino / Hotel Resort will be
preferred
