Descriptions 工作範疇/職責:
1) Diploma or equivalent vocational
training certificate required, preferably in culinary school.
持有文憑或相關職業培訓證書,特別是來自廚藝學校
2) Perform job tasks as assigned by
superiors on food ingredients preparation, stock taking & food production.
執行由上司委派的工作包括準備食材、點算庫存及製作食物
3) Deliver fantastic F&B service
in a high profile venue.
於高級場所內向客人提供賓至如歸的餐飲服務
Requirements工作要求:
1) 1-2 years’ experience as Commis with
restaurant and hotel background, preferably in Western Cuisine.
至少1至2年於餐廳及酒店以相等職位之工作經驗,具有西餐營運經驗為佳
2) Good command of spoken Cantonese
& Mandarin is required, with basic spoken English is a bonus.
以良好廣東話及國語溝通,懂簡單英語溝通可獲優先考慮
3) Must be customer-service oriented
and have excellent hospitality skill.
以客為本,及有出色的款待客人技巧
4) Passionate about people and able to
develop your team along with you.
對人熱誠,及能與自己團隊保持良好合作
5) A high level of energy and a good
team player.

6) Confident in running busy shifts.
