Operations Manager 營運經理

Requirements:

• Degree Holder and above
• At least 5 years experience in Operations in the tourism industry (attractions) with minimum 1 year experience in supervisory level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong people management skills and leadership qualities
• Resourceful, good team player and multi-tasked

Job Description: 

• Report to the General Manager and oversee shop daily operation including customer service, instructor, inventory and maintenance to achieve company objectives and sales targets
• Plan and implement operational strategies to ensure operations function are in compliance with company standards
• Develop and update working procedure and policy to Maintain a high standard of shop environment and ensure customer service quality and safety
• Responsible for staff recruitment, training, management and Motivation to provide excellent service and achieve business results
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, displays and events.
• Develop effective measure for stock control and cost control, to maximize company profit;
• Liaise with vendor to conduct equipment maintenance as per company standard;  
• Responsible for customer relationship management and improvement;
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 向總經理匯報並監督商店的日常運營，包括客戶服務、教練、庫存和維護，以實現公司目標和銷售目標
• 規劃和實施運營戰略以確保運營職能符合公司標準
• 制定和更新工作程序和政策以保持高標準的店鋪環境並確保客戶服務質量和安全；
• 負責員工招聘、培訓、管理和激勵，以提供優質服務並取得業務成果
• 與銷售和營銷團隊密切合作，執行營銷活動、促銷、展示和活動
• 制定有效的庫存控制和成本控制措施，使公司利潤最大化
• 與供應商聯絡，按照公司標准進行設備維護；
• 負責客戶關係管理和改善；
• 處理指派的其他工作
