Responsibilities:

l  Proven working experience as sales assistant.

l   Analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

l   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

l   Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.

l   Time-management, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

l   Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes skills.

l   Submission of customer's requests and reporting work progress to superiors.

l   Create and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.

l   Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

l   Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

l  Bilingual in English and Mandarin (including written Chinese).

l  Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

l  Responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, strong learning ability, sharp and quick market response ability and 

strong risk awareness.

l  Able to work well within a team as well as independently.

l  1-2 years of practical experience with relevant academic qualifications.

l  Responsible with good time management skills.

l  Bachelor degree holder or above in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
