The incumbent will be responsible for executing and controlling cooking tasks and production according to the Company’s procedures and hygiene rules .
Main Duties
l Assist the Executive Chef in product design, production planning and process control , training.
l Control the flow of production according to technical specifications. Responsible for verifying conformity of production to planning.
l Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety for employees and equipment.
Requirements:
Over five years cooking experience in western cuisine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent problem solving ability and possess solid leadership and management skills
Strong experience in banqueting is an advantage
Be proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
