| Position Requirement: |
Responsible to assist with actively securing the organization‘s long-term financial growth by setting and implementing strategic goals for Naga Management Services. Assist to ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.
Assist with Initiating, selling and managing high-profile business relationship with Chinese expats in Thailand
• Assist to oversee establishments of network with appropriate special-interest and niche operators and distributors to sell our Premium product packages and/ or specialized tour products with a view to provide high returns to NagaWorld
• Seek out new potential customers (Chinese expats in Thailand) and opportunities to increase business
• Assist Director of Business Development with duties and tasks as required
• Coordinate with Operation team when organize FAM trip and group visit for customers to
NagaWorld
• Accompany customers to NagaWorld when needed
• Handles complaints and report to Director of Business Development for problem solving
• Observe and analyze customers behavior and provide valid feedback in which customers experience could be improved
• Update Nagaworld events, activities and promotions to customers
• Consistent update database of customers
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in business development; preferably in a senior managerial position
• University graduate in Marketing discipline or equivalent education
• Proven sales/marketing track record in sales negotiations and closing skills
• Previous travel industry experience strongly preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, English can be an optional
