JOB SUMMARY:

An outgoing character, with a good knowledge of Macau tourist attractions, and a flair for customer

service. A team player yet able to operate independently, work shifts, handle email enquiries &

guest requests, and manage stressful situations with grace.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Handle check-in and check-out of guests

·         Handle guest requests and communicate with Reservations when required

·         Assist guests with concierge services

·         Assist with housekeeping duties when required, to maintain general cleanliness of property

·         Enforce house rules firmly and decisively

JOB SPECIFICATION:

·         Team player

·         Physically fit

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Good command of English and another language

·         Good knowledge of Macau (i.e. tourist attractions, getting around, etc.)

* Job is for candidates with Macau ID.

Salary: 11000 to 13000
