An Integrated clinic in Macau is seeking candidate with high caliber to fill the following position.

Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

·            oversee the front desk and supervise a team of receptionists to provide quality customer service to clients

·            responsible for duty roster arrangement, attendance and leave maintenance of clinical staff

·            maintain day-to-day liaison with doctors and provide administrative support to clinical staff

·            responsible for regular statutory reporting to Government bodies

Requirements

·            University graduate with relevant customer service experience in servicing or hospitality industry

·            Previous experience in clinical environment is a definite advantage.

·            Good command of English and Chinese with fluent Cantonese.

·            Macau resident and eligible to work in Macau

·            Capable to work under pressure.
