Position Requirement: |
Job purpose:
Supervise and develop a team of Marketing Representatives whose primary
responsibilities are welcoming guests and providing all services which
will result in a pleasant stay with us.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Develops and implements promotions and events that deliver
products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of
the target customers;
- Coordinates and ongoing development of the Reward Club program to maximize their lifetime player value;
- Develops and maintains player reward tiers that will accurately compensate guests for their loyalty and level of play;
- Monitors competition and cross-industry Reward program best practices, and assess applicability to our Reward program;
- Conducts analysis of direct mail, group sales, special events
and guest relations reports to identify programs and activities that
support and enhance customer loyalty;
- Engages in rigorous data analysis to improve and refine player conversion and retention activities;
- Executes customer analysis and research to determine the upside
of changes to earn-and-redeem structures and monitor the results of
changes made.
- Welcome arrivals on Vietnam Bus, Charter Flights, Maiden Trip and any other marketing initiatives that are ongoing.
- Providing follow up reports of performance related to all
marketing initiatives and a weekly report to management about
communication efforts and resulting activity from guests.
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Marketing or equivalent education
- A minimum of five year's experience in casino marketing
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Korean,
Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese is required. (Other languages will be
considered for qualification)
