We are now seeking for an HR GENERALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for both back office and front line operations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities and develop talent acquisition strategy to ensure high competitiveness in the local talent market
• Process various C&B administration and calculate monthly payroll include commission and incentives
• Coordinate training programs and organize employee relations activities
• Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

QUALIFICATION

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 3-6 years of solid HR experience of which covering all rounded HR functions
• Experience gained from luxury retail brands or sizable MNCs an advantage
• Independent, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office applications
• Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
