We are now seeking for a RETAIL OPERATION MANAGER (LUXURY

FASHION / JEWELRY)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership
Lead the retail team to ensure exceptional customer experiences by:

• Developing the retail team into a strong and cohesive unit where skills and expertise are shared
• Training and supporting staff (Retail/ corporate) in the competencies essential to their role, including customer engagement, systems and product knowledge
• Leading the team to be proactive in the health and safety of themselves, the team & customers
• Contributing to the company overall vision and organizational development

2. Operations

Actively manage the operations of Retail Services through:

• Ensuring best practice customer service underpins the service delivery model
• Ensuring effective stock management to maximize retail sales, including product merchandising, promotion, ordering, pricing, range and rotation
• Aligning the retail offer with company’s strong environmental and social objectives and activities
• Ensuring appropriate cash reconciliation and cash handling policies

3. Finances

Ensure that Retail Services meet financial sustainability objectives by:

• Maintaining appropriate wage costs and stock purchases within the business unit without compromising service delivery
• Providing relevant financial reports, identifying and driving new sales initiatives and opportunities for increasing income streams

QUALIFCATIONS

• Minimum 8 years progressive retail experience, to include management of multiple locations and store opening experience
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards
• Effective interpersonal skills with all levels Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, developing, motivating, and selling
• knowledge of lawful employment practices
• Ability to read, interpret, and set strategies based on various reports
• Ability to manage corporate directives and maintain excellent records
• Proven ability to lead employees across different geographic locations
• Strong human relation skills and ability to work and support a team environment
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
