We are a local public listed company with business in property investment, property development and property management and are seeking qualified candidate for the following position:

Clerk of Works (Ref:COW/2010/05/17-BCTL-B)

Responsible for coordinating with main contractor and monitoring the progress and quality of the assigned building projects in Macau on behalf of the developer.

Requirements:

Ø        Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Construction / Building Studies / other relevant disciplines with HKICW professional qualification preferred.

Ø        At least 5 years relevant experience in construction industry particularly in fitting out, renovation, alteration/addition works and associated building services installation works, etc...

Ø        Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

Ø        PC skill is required.

Ø        Stationing at Macau is required
