職責：
- 負責處理各區物業之業主放盤。提供專業投資意見給客人選擇物業及租務與買賣的各項流程。
入職要求：
- 初中以上畢業程度，需有相關工作經驗；
- 能操流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話應對；
- 能閱讀及書寫中文，能獨立處事，具備租務與物業買賣、租賃之經驗。在租務上能解決業主與租客之間的糾紛。在物業買賣上，能妥善安排交易上的各項事情。務求在業務上做到專業；
- 可隨時上班。
工作時間：
- 上午9:30時至下午9:00時；每週工作5天；須輪班；
- 更數:9.5小時/更, 其1.5小時休息。
