Candidate must be a Macau resident.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

·        Responsible for management of all building services matters on all projects

·        To attend internal/ external consultant design meetings relating to building services installation

·        To co-ordinate the design works with the client, architect, consultants, sub-contractors, utilities companies and government departments for all building services

·        To supervise the building services contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers

·        Ensure compliance with programme, quality standards and budgets

·        Manager statutory submissions, approvals and inspections

·        To conduct Testing and Commissioning on the installed equipment prior to handover to Client

·        Report on performance of the building services sub-contractors and suppliers

·        Establish quality standards, procedures working with QA department

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

·         BSc / MSc / Higher Diploma Holder in appropriate Engineering discipline

·        Professional Qualification : MCIBSE / MHKIE or similar

·        Min 10 years of relevant experience in property development, refurbishment / repositioning

·        Knowledge of full design development process essential

·        Strong leadership and management skills

·        Able to work independently and under pressure

·        Macau ID holder preferred
