- Build a positive business relationship with positions reporting in and top management team in ensuring business goals of the assigned country are met.

- Developing realistic budgets, food costing and service levels for restaurant operations within the assigned country.

- Ensures understanding of restaurant operating standards and service quality. Subsequently build commitment and ultimately ensure adherence to the Quality, Service, Ambiance & Value (QSAV) guidelines as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.

- At least 8 years’ of working experiences as supervisory role in similar industry with a minimum of 3 years spent in managerial capacity handling a specific area/region.

- Proficient in full spectrum of casual / fine-dining restaurant function and understand the entire business process of operating and managing restaurants
通曉相關高級餐飲與休閒餐飲的功能。對整體全面程序與管理操作等有相當認識
- Connected to the industry trends and understanding of the competitive landscape, operations and business strategy related to the industry is a requirement.
對飲食業物的潮流與競爭環境,營運與業務策略相關的有清楚的了解
- Understand and have experience working with Point-Of-Sales (POS) system
具有相關零售管理系統的認知與經驗
- Possess exceptional communication skills to maintain good relationship with diverse staffs and customers. Able to coach, lead and manage a diverse group or workforce
- Macau Citizen is preferred
