Expansive Sales Platform Experience

Our client is a world-renowned theatrical entertainment company that consistently offers a synthesis of circus styles from all over the globe.
To build on their success and maintain the impact of the show brand, they are seeking an experienced and highly flexible Sales Manager who can develop group sales opportunities and evaluate the program’s effectiveness in order to reach their target customers.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing new sales channels by creating promotional, incentive and awareness programs to actively sell the company. You will also be involved in maintaining close contacts with a range of vendors to ensure customer retention. Further to this you will be working with a team to design and develop sales and promotional tools, as well as enhancing methods for tracking program results. To succeed in this role, you must have five to seven years of sales related experience, preferably including one year of hotel/entertainment sales, as well as concrete knowledge of the Chinese Market. Those with a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) are sought after as are those who can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to function under time constraints. Impressive communication skills, inclusive of negotiating and persuasive techniques, will only be of benefit. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
