Customer Services Officer – Portugal Speaker
Job Duties:

Answer incoming emails and telephone calls from customer

Maintain the highest quality of customer service, deal tactfully to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
Job Requirements:

Candidate required with a valid HK working visa.

Good command of English.

Familiar with PC operation, internet and email.

Highly motivated with strong initiative, good command of interpersonal and communication skills.

Monday to Saturday 2:00pm - 11:pm Saturday alternative off, Every Sundays off.
