Brand Marketing Manager (High End Fashion) Macau  品牌營銷經理（高尚時裝）澳門

The Role

We are seeking for an experienced brand marketer with relevant experience in fashion + retail. This person should possess strong marketing or communications led background, with a true passion for the fashion sector and a drive to succeed in fast paced retail industry in Macau/HK and Shanghai.

·        This person is responsible for managing and executing all retail marketing efforts, but are not limited to, customized integrated marketing programs, visual merchandising strategy, and in-store events.   

·        Upgrade qualified brand awareness

·        Manage the allocation of media resources amongst key retail partners

·        Regular interaction and feedback to Managing Director

·        Deliver outstanding retail marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand both locally and in Shanghai, or whenever there are opportunities elsewhere. 

·        Constantly on the lookout for innovating and exciting new opportunities that would add value to customer experience.

·        Focus on developing key brand partnerships to leverage the brand and develop customer base.

·        Further develop its brand loyalty scheme that drives customer purchasing behavior and develops the brand’s customer base.

·        Serve as primary contact for event operations, working closely with management who provide support in coordination and implementation, this includes copy writing and working with design.

·        Deliver marketing communications each season, developing how to engage the customers across all channels.

·        此人須全權負責管理和執行所有的零售品牌及銷售策略，包括營銷方案，視覺營銷策略，及在店舖內增設的所有活動。

·        將自家品牌的資格及意識提高知名度。

·        定期與董事總經理匯報及互動，處理零售合作夥伴的管理媒體資源分配。

·        負責提供卓越的零售營銷活動，或其他地方的宣傳零售機會。

·        尋找創新機遇，將增加客戶的體驗。

·        促進發展公司重點品牌及客戶群。

·        進一步發展品牌的忠誠度計劃，推動客戶的購買能力和擴大公司的客戶群。

·        服務主要範圍聯繫活動公司，並和公司團隊保持緊密合作，這包括文案寫作和設計工作。

·        通過各種渠道與客戶發展，把公司形像及知名度提高。

Requirements

·        At least 8+ years of retail marketing experience with management experience and high end fashion experienced preferred

·        Strong personal connections with fashion

·        Strong commercial knowledge, Entrepreneur mind set and solution oriented

·        Excellent PC skills, with design software knowledge

·        Individual must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team

·        Good oral and written communication skills, including a comfort level with public speaking and presenting. Influencing skills required

·        5年以上的零售市場營銷經驗, 有時裝體驗更佳

·        能建立和維持內部和外部的有效工作關係

·        關注移動互聯網熱點信息，熟悉移動互聯網信息的傳播方式或路徑

·        團隊協作能力強，工作認真負責，能承擔較大工作壓力

·        良好的閱讀和書面溝通技巧，包括公開演講並提出一個舒適的水平，影響所需的技能
