Secretary to Chairman (HK/Macau)
This role requires to be shuffling between HK & Macau
Responsibilities
· Mainly assisting our Chairman in his daily operations with the following tasks:
· Maintain, organize and office filing systems, and able to retrieve documents in an organized manner for reference materials
· Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary, schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration when necessary
· Maintains schedules and calendars; monitors inventory
· Prepares and processes confidential correspondence, reports, agendas, and general papers; composes and types routine correspondence
· Regularly coordinates the activities of a department project or program; coordinates department events; coordinates department computing and software resources, which may include a web page
· Arranges conferences and meetings; prepares and assembles materials; makes, confirms, and processes travel expense reports; schedules appointments and arranges meetings; screens phone calls;
· Translate English/Chinese or vice versa in simple written or verbal form
· Co-ordinate project-based work
· Liaise with internal staff at all levels
· Performs all related duties as assigned
Requirements
· Above College or Bachelor degree is an advantage
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Chinese/English)
· Ability to compose and edit correspondence
· Strong organizational/planning skills
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
· Information gathering and monitoring skills
· Good Judgment and decision-making ability
· Initiative
