We are a Macau based
construction company with proven track record who is looking for IPO
specialists to join us as Senior Finance Manager to carry out all the upcoming
IPO related finance and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
This role is a
mid- senior level position which directly report to the Chief Financial Officer,
managing a team and work closely to prepare a full set of financial statements
to meet the HKFRS standards, to ensure that the company’s internal control is
in line with listing rules and statutory guidelines. The candidate will also
require to liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders on IPO
related accounting issues.
Requirements:
- At
least 7 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years gained from
a Hong Kong listed company
- Degree
holder with the qualification of HKICPA or equivalent
- Macau
resident is preferred
- Pre-IPO
experience is a MUST
- Exposure
in construction industry is an advantage
- Experience
and ability to manage and take lead in projects
- Sound
knowledge in internal control and Hong Kong listing rules
- Excellent
communication skills and business acumen
- Fluent
English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
