Job Description:

· Report to vice president of Group and HK office Manager; 

· Responsible for full sets of accounts, and group consolidation accounts in compliance with all governing laws, rules and regulations and GAAPs; 

· Responsible for both interim and annual reports; 

· Assist in business development and other ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

· Degree in accounting or finance with associate membership of ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent; 

· A minimum of 3 years’ working experience, and 5 years and above can be considered as senior position; 

· Experience in a listed company is a definite advantage; 

· Solid knowledge in PRC GAAPs and GAAP conversion; 

· Hands-on experience in operating JDE accounting system preferred but not the must; 

· Good command of English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is required; 

· Occasional traveling to the PRC is required;
