Responsibilities:
 Act as first-line support for all users of the Company
 Perform Daily and Monthly job sheet
 Responsible for alarm monitoring of all system fault and escalation
 Handle service incident case
 Perform healthy check on services to prevent incident

Requirements:

 Secondary School graduation or diploma/ degree in computer science
 Working knowledge on Windows 7, Word, Excel, and Exchange e-mail client operation is required
 Linux, Network, and Telecom basic skills is preferable
 7X24 rotate shift is required
