Requirements
Form 5 or above
1 year or above related work experience
Knowledge of PC and software including Windows, MS Office, AutoCAD
Mature, reliable, hard-working, patient and responsible
Responsible for regular order process including Audio-Visual Equipment packing and returning in warehouse
Support Assistant Event Manager for all AV Equipment onsite support
Quickly understand and remember the functionality and storage placement of all AV equipment
Able to work alone (e.g. reorganize equipment and read order form)
Offer professional and constant training
Offer Year Bonus, mandatory provident fund and overtime pay
Job Description
Daily operation such as: packing equipment in warehouse according to orders; setup, operate & dismantle of company’s equipment on site; ensure all company equipment stocks in proper position, clean, tidy and in working condition.
Basic knowledge of all company’s equipment, this should include setup, specification & operation
Need to communicate with client on site to make sure all equipment is setup & operated smoothly according to client’s instruction.
Always keep company informed on clients’ response regarding our service, & equipment faulty.
Accept superior’s instruction & assignment. All assignment should be finished within the time limit.
Accept company’s training and pass your AV knowledge to the sub-ordinates
