- With at least 7 years working experience and minimum 3 years' relevant in POS terminal or call centre or retail shop at supervisory level in customer service.
-Knowledge of operations in customer service with high service standard preferred.
-Good leadership and be able to motivate team members
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers.
-Excellent customer service skills preferably.
