| We are a multinational JV company and are looking for the right
candidate for the position of Customer Service Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer, process, follow through customer requests
- Ensure customers requirements are addressed properly and timely
- Work closely with internal customers to complete transactions
to customer satisfaction
- Contribute to maintain a super quality call centre operation with a
view to maintain and develop customer base
- Support marketing promotion activities
Requirements:
- F7 and above
- 1-yr relevant working experience preferred
- Fluent both in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, English is a plus
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented, customer first attitude
- Well versed in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese WP
