Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages and directs the Sales & Collection Division towards the achievement of budgeted financial targets (profit, growth, net working capital, operating expenses and productivity ratio and service quality targets).
• Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets.
• Defines and develop an overall sales development and execution strategy directed at meeting the short term and the long term strategic intent and business goals of both the principals and LVH. Anticipates future trends and issues in the business and market environment and adapts appropriate business actions. 
• Develops an annual formal sales plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Manages the preparation and submission of the annual budget for the Sales organization with the concurrence of GM.
• Regularly monitors and controls expenses to ensure OPEX does not exceed budget; regularly reviews sales volume and revenue against target and introduces corrective action as necessary.
• Galvanize the Sales organization to attain sales targets and revenues and provide mentorship/training to build a world-class sales force and support team.
• Efficiently marshals resources, including all things pertaining to sales coverage and service level to bring about visible value to the principals and customers.
• Conveys long-range business directions for the sales organization in a clear and understandable manner.
• Coordinates activities with the different sales teams and different divisions to ensure optimum development of all potential markets and optimum distribution and utilization of human and physical resources.
• Ensures defined service levels targets, in line with customer and principal expectations, are met if not exceeded.  Regularly evaluates the overall performance against established goals through reports, analysis and observations; take corrective action when necessary.
• Liaises with principals to ensure that service requirements and quality objectives are met.  Develop strategic partnerships with selected principals and customers.
• Ensures sales team exceeds benchmark service standards against direct competitors and leading logistics service providers
• Conducts regular business reviews with Principals and Sales Team to discuss progress and future plans.
• Define clear policies and operating procedures for Sales & Collection and ensure execution and clear compliance – sales force control, order taking, merchandising, and trade marketing, collection and accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Continuously improve productivity through process simplification, standardization and automation.  Maximize use of information technology and electronic commerce internally and with principals and customers.
• Maintain trade receivables within target DSO and trading terms policies of the company.  Align discount structure and trading term policies to meet the cash requirements of the company.
• Safeguard company assets through appropriate use of assets assigned to the Sales Division; effective credit control procedures and strict control of collection activities.
• Review plans and programs concerning organization and staffing; provide for appropriate training, evaluation and development of personnel to ensure the availability of properly qualified successors to key employees.


Required Competencies:

• 15 years in Macau healthcare industry. 
• College degree preferably but not necessary.
• Excellent relationship with key stakeholders of Macau healthcare segment.
• Modernized business analysis.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred, but not necessary.
