Moblie Network NOC(network operation centre)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• 7x24 Performance Monitor of mobile 2G/3G/4G systems (including mobile systems, ISP services and equipment room facilities);

• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on mobile systems as well as  liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution);

• Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, power usage, running health and safety and housekeeping checks;

• Maintenance of technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations. .

• Participate in a 7x24 roaster work duty;

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of six months experience in a network monitoring or similar role.

• Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.

• Good network diagnostic and good IP skills and knowledge in ZTE mobile products are a plus

• Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.

• Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.

• Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.

• high diploma or University graduate

• Language skill: proficiency in Cantonese spoken and listening, fair in English
