工作職責 - 協助店舖（商店和售貨亭）的日常運營和管理
- 維護和改進數據流程及操作流程
- 管理店舖的所有運作，維持日常銷售，並確保所有銷售結算準確無誤
- 遵守相關的安全，衛生，服務和其他標準，保持品牌標準
- 規劃人手和安排零售團隊的時間表
- 協助零售員工培訓，提供卓越服務
- 監控日常運營，確保所有庫存充足，包括向倉庫提交貨物訂單，計劃存貨，與香港營運團隊合作並及時為業務運營做好準備
- 與商場管理部門就零售業務事宜進行聯絡
- 參與新店開業和關閉（規劃，安排與商場和承包商一起工作）
- 處理公司分配的任何臨時項目
工作要求 - 5年以上零售業和管理級工作經驗
- 精通廣東話，英語和普通話
- 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧，積極主動，有責任心
- 良好的管理和輔導技巧
