Responsibilities

·     Demonstrate a high service standard to every guest in The Club. Ensure the members are familiar with all the promotions, privileges and benefits they are entitled to . Increase the total number of the Player Cards. Gather comments and suggestions from the guests.

Requirements

·      Required to work on shifts

·      Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field

·      Independent, self motivator and resourceful with good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels

·      Basic communication skills in English is preferred
