職務：
- 配合銷售團隊，帶領理貨員和推廣員有效地完成理貨及推廣職務
- 將工作內容 及計劃與隊員溝通，監察進度，並定期檢視隊員的工作表現
- 協助新隊員適應工作，培訓，分配工作，時間表管理，輔導，使隊員跟隨有紀律的工作行程
- 定期更新店舖陳列資料檔，並提供工作進度分析和報告
要求：
- 優先考慮有日用消費品行業的工作經驗者，有帶領團隊經驗更佳
- 成熟，有系統，良好組織能力，謹慎和良好溝通技巧
- 獨立, 有責任感，勇於接受挑戰
- 良好中、英文口語和書寫
- 能夠有效地使用辦公室軟件(Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
