培訓專員 Training Specialist

工作內容:

• 協助培訓經理處理員工及兼職人員之在職安全及技能培訓
• 協助公司年度培訓計劃的制定及實施
• 協助公司內培訓團隊的建設和課程體系的開發
• 協助處理相關培訓的資料及日常內部及外部培訓事宜溝通及安排   

• 本科或以上學歷
• 人力資源管理、工商管理等相關專業
• 良好粵語; 普通話及英語讀寫能力
• 1-2年相關工作經驗
• 具備較強的文字表達能力及語言溝通能力，熟練操作微軟辦公室軟體
• 責任心強，細緻踏實，性格外向 

Responsibilities:

• Assist training manager to handle on- job safety and skills training for employee and part time employee
•  Assist in the formulation and implementation of the company's annual training plan
•  Assist the set up of the training team and the development of the course structure within the company
• Assist in handling related training materials and daily communication and arrangement for related internal and external training

Job requirements:

• Degree holders or above
• Human resources management, business management and other related majors
• Good at Cantonese; Mandarin and English literacy skills
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, pragmatic and outgoing personality.
