Sales Manager / Supervisor

Salary: MOP$40,000 - MOP$65,000

Location: Macau

My client is a listed technology company headquartered in the UK. Due to rapid business growth they are currently seeking a Sales Manager / Supervisor in their team in Macau with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities

• Introduce new games and systems enhancements to retailers.

• Recruit new lottery retailers and grows sales at existing lottery retailers by selling new products/promotions.

• Make visits to retailers to ensure a consistent and professional presence at every lottery retailer

• Contribute to license renewals by assisting with Sales and Marketing knowledge and involvement.

• Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns.

• Coordinate corporate and support services within assigned accounts.

• Develop implements and evaluates sales promotions with individual retail outlets.

• Motivates retailers to participate in and support promotions.

• Identify skill gaps and conduct training sessions to the sales team.

• Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility.

• Ensures compliance with established lottery and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or any related field or equivalent discipline

• 4 – 6 years of related sales experience in Gaming industry

• Possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• General understanding of lottery transactions and how the lottery operates

• Occasionally travel

• Must have a driver's license
