Job Incumbent
l Sourcing plans and policies for the product categories assigned to meet the company's strategic objectives and customer needs
l Negotiating with suppliers to maximize sales performance
l Perform category management, pricing strategies and monitoring sales performance
l Analyze sales and inventory performance
l Prepare sales forecast, sales report and relevant analytical reports
l Coordination with internal departments and shop operations for promotion programs, merchandise display and order follow up etc.
l Optimizing stock levels align with planned sales (will be an advantage)
l Handle other and ad hoc projects as required
l Report to Buying Managers for all related sales performance, strategies, promotion and product mixture
Requirements
l Sounds retail knowledge and experience in the food retail or 1-2 years of experiences in FMCG industry (fresh university graduate will also be considered)
l Strong planning & organizational skills with an analytical mind
l Good with figures and attentive to details
l Self-motivated, independent and team player
l Good command in English and Putonghua
l Able to work under pressure
