工作範圍
管理店鋪日常運作，包括店舖貨務、銷售、運營、客戶、商品等工作
熟悉店舖日常工作流程及店舖營運制度，明確銷售指標，提供良好客戶服務
帶領團隊以實現店鋪營業業績目標
掌握並執行門店各制度流程
客戶關係的維護，解決較複雜的顧客抱怨
與團隊協同完成門店日常銷售任務
協助完成管理層交辦的其他工作任務等
職位要求
具備3年以上奢侈品行業銷售工作經驗，其中2年以上管理崗位工作經驗
具備優秀的溝通協調能力、組織計畫能力、團隊管理能力
為人正直，親和力強，具有較強的服務意識
有耐心及責任心，抗壓及應變能力強
服從公司管理,與團隊成員合作,完成公司指定任務
略懂水吧及廚房運作
18歲-40歲澳門居民,高中以上學歷,身體健康;
普通話、粵語、英文可作為工作語言
