主要職責： 1.積極主動全面負責項目造價和合同價值評估。 2.能根據招標檔、施工圖紙要求，結合施工組織設計，完成招投標工作。 3.負責做好各類工程量計算底稿、計算依據等原始資料的整理、保存，以保證所有工作的可追溯性。 4.熟悉工程合約條文及相關條款，充分利用其中的有利因素編制施工預算及成本控制，為專案增收創造條件。 5.制定整體商務計劃，監督合同的執行，項目控制和成本預算，有效管理相關風險；與項目團隊緊密合作，以預防可能造成的經濟損失。 6.完成上級指派的其他任務。職位要求： 1.處事嚴謹、細心及有條理。 2.有耐心及良好的溝通技巧，處事公正，為人正直。 3.具 10 年或以上大型項目建造經驗，熟悉工程招標流程及項目成本管理工作。 4.專科或以上文憑。 5.熟識建築工程施工規範、清單規範及圖集。 6.熟悉 MS Office 及 MS Project。 7.有良好中、英文聽寫能力。 6.有豪車駕駛經驗、董事長司機經驗、香港及內地車駕駛執照者優先。有意者歡迎通過澳門人才網job853在線申請工作，謝謝。
