| Responsibilities
Guided by experienced Contracts Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for all technical, commercial and organizational aspects of curtain wall contracts. Experienced Project Managers with proven track record are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum five years experience with facade, cladding and specialist
metal work contracts
- Proven experience with design, material procurement and
installation of facade and cladding systems
- Outstanding qualities in leading a project team from concept,
detail design, material procurement to site installation are
expected
- Initiative is a basic requirement and team spirit mentality is a
must
- Demonstrate ability to focus on the overall project success with
firm control of all project activities
- Ability to work under the common pressure of the construction
industry
- Degree or higher qualification in Engineering
- Fluency in spoken and written both English and Mandarin
- Working experience in Macau is preferred, after familiarization
stationed in Macau |
