| Position Requirement: |
- 根據公司戰略和年度經營目標，管理公司門店（餐飲部份）
- 確保餐廳業務運作流暢
- 維持優質的客戶服務及高品質的食品水平
- 負責公司門店餐飲運營管理體系的完整搭建，並推動執行
- 稽核門店餐飲體系（包括但不限於門店的服務流程，環境衛生，檢查表、制度，各層級人員執行情況），對有問題處提出整改意見，並監督整改
- 對餐飲店長及門店關鍵崗位人員進行溝通及工作輔導，持續回饋，提高店內管理人員的整體管理能力，提升門店的各項指標
- 制定年度、月度的餐飲經營預算，分析和報告月度、年度的經營情況，實現部門的營業收入指標
Requirement
- 大專或以上學歷
- 任職中型連鎖餐飲、同等管理崗位3年以上，對餐飲門店有實際現場管理經驗優先
- 參加過餐飲管理、服務管理、餐飲數據分析等方面的培訓，或現代連鎖餐飲管理者優先
- 熟悉餐飲服務的運作和管理，清楚餐飲管理的基本職能和內容 ，並具備行業專業知識和技能
- 熟悉餐廳的各項管理工作流程和管理規範
- 熟悉同行業競爭的動向，具有服務、品質、市場、效益意識
- 投訴、食品安全、消防安全等緊急案件處理流程，並有實際操作經驗
- 熟悉現代連鎖餐飲的管理知識和思路，主導過門店經營管理指標的執行達成
- 能完成各項行政工作，並能教授管理人員
- 瞭解後廚基本運營和操作標準
- 良好的領導能力及團隊管理能力，有一定運營體系標準搭建及落地能力
- 擁有危機處理能力及解決複雜問題的能力。
