- 職位描述
- 1、熟練掌握公司品牌文化及貨品介紹，使用專業的方式和技巧向客戶傳達品牌的知識和資訊；
2、按照澳門店運營、銷售負責人的要求，完成個人銷售目標；
3、負責做好貨品的銷售記錄、盤點、賬目核對等工作，按規定完成各項銷售統計工作，認真仔細的核對每天銷售及庫存商品的賬目；
4、確保貨品的的安全，避免失竊和其他損失情況的發生；
5、完成商品的來貨驗收，上架陳列擺放、補貨、退貨、防損等日程營業工作，負責產品保養；
6、建立和維護良好的客戶關係，處理客戶投訴及店鋪突發事件；
7、嚴格遵守公司及店鋪的各項規章制度；
8、瞭解市場動態及競爭品牌的相關資訊，給予客戶專業的分析，提升品牌的知名度和形象；
9、會普通話，性格外向，開朗，活潑
10、完成上級交代的其他事項。
1、Be familiar with product introduction and the brand culture of company, convey brand knowledge and product information to customer professionally and skillfully when communicating with customer
2、To achieve personal sales target based on the requirement of sales director in Macau.
3、Responsible for maintain sales record, inventory, account checking etc…complete the sales statistics according to regulations, and be careful to check and maintain and keep the daily sales data in report correctly
4、Ensure the safety of goods to avoid theft and other losses
5、Responsible for incoming goods inspection timely, displayed on shelves, replenished, returned goods, damage prevention and product maintenance as well as daily sales work
6、Maintain and keep good relationship with customer, timely follow up customer complaints, and any emergencies in shop
7、Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the company and shop
8、Well understand the market status as well as the competitors of the product, provide professional analysis to customer to increase brand value and image.
9、Can speak Mandarin, outgoing, cheerful and lively
10、Other tasks assigned by management
