In order to build upon our continuing success we are looking to recruit driven individuals to join our Consultancy business based in Macau.

This will give you immediate exposure to a breadth of casino gaming clients and fast track your knowledge base in an International company environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and assess new candidate registrations
• Search proactively for candidates with potential by using a number of media including job boards and networking sites
• Analyze and match client requirements with suitable candidates
• Build close and long-lasting relationships with candidates by providing excellent customer service
• Network with candidates to obtain new names, client information and sales leads
• Ensure that the company recruitment database is kept up to date and complete at all times.
• Provide line manager with relevant data for performance monitoring as required
Additional responsibilities upon passing probation
• Agree monthly sales targets with the Line Manager and ensure they are met,
• In conjunction with Line Manager, manage a portfolio of clients
• Ensure that Pentasia is made aware of any client requirements in a timely manner
• Make interview arrangements
• Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates
• Build close and long-lasting relationships with client by providing excellent customer service
• Work closely with Pentasia’s recruitment business in Singapore.

Required Attributes:
• The holder of an undergraduate degree
• Commercially minded and ambitious
• Naturally bright, tenacious and imaginative
• Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with and motivated by a competitive, target-driven environment
• Must be a Macau national with a fluency in English
