BUSINESS ANALYST OF SALES PLANNING

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely information is available to sales teams to assist in the monthly/seasonal forecasting process
• Identify and evaluate sales and gross margin opportunities
• Monitor segment sales, GP$ and inventory levels
• Track productivity by segment/sub-category and identity best and slow performance sections / sub-category
• Prepare reports and bridge the needs of management and department heads
• Draw insights from raw data and prepare presentation materials on business performance across different business unit
• Competitive analysis to understand market norms of luxury retail CRM program
• Handle ad-hoc project related to sales data collection, storage, process, analytics, and output

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or Business Administration preferred
• At least 5+ years relevant experience in business sales analysis for retail department store/ international brand
• Proven record of sales planning and analytics experience in a large scale of luxury retail business is preferable
• Highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced spreadsheet skills required
• Customer-oriented and good organizational skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
