We are currently looking for a Senior Store Manager to manage 2 boutiques of a luxury fashion brand in Macau. This opportunity has arisen for a skilled and qualified individual who is striving for a career in excellence.

Candidate's profile:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit necessary to ensure a successful sell through of products, as well as exceeding of Budget set. 
  • Strong sense of Data Analyses.
  • Communication and networking skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
  • Strong knowledge of selling techniques and developing clientele.
  • Autonomous in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Luxury Retail. Preferably MRTW.
  • At least 1-2 Years in a managerial role managing a team.


Job responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales results of boutique and take necessary actions to ensure that all relevant staff meet objectives set.
  • Monitoring the sales results of the individual Sales Associate, in order to suggest actions aimed at the growth of the business.
  • Ensure that customer delighting is executed to the highest standard
  • Provide Story Telling and Styling support focus to all sales staff.
  • Assist Clientele, providing exceptional customer service, in order to exceed annual sales target set. 
  • Teach and lead by example in all selling activities, including the fulfillment of all CRM and after sales activities.
  • Analyze category sell through results and produce a detailed report on; best and poor sellers, followed by actions required to ensure a stronger sell through going forwards.  
  • Provide detailed product training across all categories to sales team, acting as a true Ambassador through leading by example.
  • Provide feedback on staff, customers, miscellaneous issues and product
  • Generate and maintain a positive and motivational working environment, ensuring all staffs working morale is of an encouraging and effective nature.
  • Building and retaining direct contact with clientele to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Stock and Cashier Team ensuring that the monitoring of all stock movement/activities done within your boutique, are done so accurately in order to minimize any potential stock loss.
  • Prepare statistical reports as requested
  • Transforms the store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience, as Brand Ambassadors they engage the Customers in the discovery of our heritage through stories and creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the collections
  • Builds a relationship with each customer that lasts over time, and begins with the quality of their welcome, the gestures and rituals of the selling ceremony and the provision of the highest level of service. 
  • Be the trusted advisors of fashion and style, offering to the customer the highest level of sophistication and service.
  • Manage Customer Relationships and Customer Service during and after the sale 
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the collections to advise customers on styling and “total looks” 
  • Contribute to store Visual & Image 
  • Maximize sales through retail operational excellence
