工作職責
- 與業務經理緊密合作，使集團人力資源戰略與人力資源規劃、人力資本解決方案、預算、績效評估、獎金支付等業務保持一致
- 管理和解決複雜的員工關係問題，進行有效、徹底和客觀的調查
- 向業務經理提供有關員工關係問題、職業發展和繼任計劃的建議
- 加強和發展人力資源政策、管理流程和培訓
- 協助國際員工處理外派任務和相關的人力資源事務
- 支持引進人才
- 與高層管理人員密切合作進行決策
工作要求
- 擁有人力資源或相關學科教育的學位
- 10 年或以上人力資源經驗，包括至少 4 年零售行業的業務合作經驗者為佳
- 自我激勵，充滿活力，對細節有批判的眼光
- 出色的溝通和表達能力
- 優秀的中英文口頭和書面表達能力
- 精通MS Office
