Job responsibilities:
· Monitor sales results of boutique and take necessary actions to ensure that all relevant staff meet objectives set.
· Monitoring the sales results of the individual Sales Associate, in order to suggest actions aimed at the growth of the business.
· Ensure that customer delighting is executed to the highest standard, in line with company expectation
· Provide Story Telling and Styling support focus to all sales staff.
· Assist Clientele, providing exceptional customer service, in order to exceed annual sales target set.
· Teach and lead by example in all selling activities, including the fulfillment of all CRM and after sales activities.
· Analyze category sell through results and produce a detailed report on; best and poor sellers, followed by actions required to ensure a stronger sell through going forwards.
· Provide detailed product training across all categories to sales team, acting as a true brand Ambassador through leading by example.
· Provide feedback on staff, customers, miscellaneous issues and product
· Generate and maintain a positive and motivational working environment, ensuring all staffs working morale is of an encouraging and effective nature.
· Building and retaining direct contact with clientele to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Collaborate with the Stock and Cashier Team ensuring that the monitoring of all stock movement/activities done within your boutique, are done so accurately in order to minimize any potential stock loss.
· Prepare statistical reports as requested
