Project Executive (Event & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Assist project leaders in licensing whole evening management and project development.
• Assist to develop and executes the event concepts, themes, proposal and all advertising promotion, marketing and production materials.  
• Follow up with clients closely on event promotional projects and liaise with all internal parties.
• Preform all ad-hoc projects.
• Preform any other duties as assigned.
• Required to perform during weekends is necessary.

Requirement :

• University Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Event Management will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in marketing, advertising, event management field or agency. 
• Good understanding of the character industry.  
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, knowledge of photoshop and AI will be an advantage. 
• Proactive, good attitude, detail-minded, sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate available is preferred.
