工作職責
- 協助制定公司戰略規劃、年度經營計劃及各階段工作目標，起草公司各階段工作總結
- 策劃相關會議及準備會議資料
- 協助董事做好公司日常管理的協調工作，並跟進各部門工作的落實情況
- 負責董事日常工作中各項指示的傳達和文件起草
- 負責合作伙伴來訪的接待、商務隨行
- 協助進行市場訊息收集、分析和研究工作，市場開拓及項目洽談、商務拜訪等
職位要求
- 大學畢業或以上學歷
- 有兩年以上策劃或市場分析工作經驗
- 具備良好的溝通能力、應變能力、獨立處事能力，具有責任感
- 精通粵語、普通話、英語，具備良好中英文書寫能力
- 經驗較淺者可考慮為助理統籌主任
- 有兩地車牌優先考慮
