| Position Requirement: |
職責:
• 按公司所制訂的要求及指引，協助餐廳經理管理、推銷及採購特定種類的貨品
• 負責相關的貨存管理，如採購、 存貨、 點算貨源、補充貨源、製作及更新菜單
• 督導及確保餐廳員工的紀律並遵守餐廳的守則及程序
• 提升及維持優質的顧客服務
• 監控及和確保食品新鮮，保持高水準的食品質素和衛生標準
• 確保工作間的清潔和衛生符合公司所制訂的標準
• 積極協助餐廳內的菜單推銷及促銷活動
• 其他由部門經理/營運經理安排之工作
入職要求:
• 至少兩年或以上相關的主管工作經驗
• 如有日式餐廳工作經驗更佳
• 中五或以上/擁有澳門居民身份證
• 有責任心，有團隊合作精神
• 積極主動，良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
• 一般英語、廣東話及普通話
• 經驗較少的申請人將有機會被視為見習主管
• 需輪班輪休
