學歷要求：大專畢業或以上
要求： - 一年以上相關工作經驗
- 具良好中英文會話及書寫能力
- 有較強的協調能力、抗壓能力、表達能力、適應能力，對突發事件有一定的處理和應變能力
- 需有與粵港澳三地企業或單位接洽事務的經驗（如：商業合作，行業服務，技術單位，非牟利機構及三地政府部門的溝通等）
- 具有良好的職業道德，踏實穩重，工作細心，責任心強，有團隊協作精神
職責：
- 負責集團對內外的公文、通告、信函及文件的起草和通報工作
- 組織及主持內部會議、整理會議紀要，同時負責檢查會議內容的執行情況
- 對領導層下達的工作進行跟蹤和督辦
- 協同領導層對外洽談，並對洽談內容進行記錄、跟進的工作
- 協助領導層進行項目管理，及時反饋更新項目信息
- 對于項目進度的跟蹤、推動、成本控制跟進並及時向領導層反饋
- 對項目文檔建立完善的操作流程、機制及指引
